Becoming disciples, making disciples
As Christians, we are disciples (followers) of Jesus Christ and desire to learn and live like Jesus. Discipleship is a process which enables a believer to grow in the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ and be ready to give testimony for the hope that is within us (1 Peter 3:15).
We desire that believers be grounded in the Word of God and the foundational teachings of Christ. We aim to equip believers for the work of the ministry and provide various learning opportunities, including book and DVD based Bible studies covering various topics of interest. Classes meet on Tuesday evenings with fellowship at 5:45 PM and classes from 6-8:00. Check the website or call the church for the current studies available.
We offer ongoing foundational and leadership classes including:
Anchored Vessels – A 14-week Bible study focused on the basics of the Christian faith and helps to build a firm foundation for a victorious Christian life and God’s plan for service and leadership in the local church, helping believers to recognize their God-given gifts and talents.
G-Force – Our monthly teaching on leadership and team building, is scheduled for the first Sunday night of the month. G–Force reflects the 4 Gs in our purpose statement: The purpose of our church is to glorify God by gathering the harvest, growing the saints, and generating leaders.
