Women’s Ministry

The Women of Faith of Word of Faith Church drink deeply and often of the refreshing of the Holy Spirit at the well of the Spirit of God

The Women of Faith meet on the 2nd Saturday of the month. Every meeting features a continental breakfast and fellowship beginning at 8:30 a.m. Praise and worship ushers in the presence of the Holy Spirit as He leads us through teaching, testimony and prayer making each meeting uniquely personal as ministry goes forth bringing healing, direction and spiritual and personal growth.

The Women of Faith sponsor two annual special events. In the spring, we host the Spring Renewal Breakfast. Women from various churches in the area join us for a light breakfast, praise and worship, including dance ministry and a special speaker.

We host a Women's Retreat in September which is usually held at Crossroad's Campground and Conference Center in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Nelson County. Ladies from various Churches throughout Virginia and the surrounding states join together for rest, relaxation, fellowship, teaching and ministry from the Word of God.
